On-site improvement

MentionBench Consulting LLC sells one offer—AEO/GEO Engagement—people + acceptance criteria + accountability. On-site improvement is the second method layer inside that Engagement: we change the site you control so existence, structure, and wording match the priorities already ordered in Diagnosis. Improve is an optional narrative alias for On-site improvement (1:1)—not a separately priced tier. We do not promise rank position, share-of-voice leadership, every AI answer, or permanent occupancy.

Built for North American advertising, PR, consulting, and IT SMBs that can change the site but need a named person to ship the Diagnosis list to a published bar—not another content factory. Buyer objections live on FAQ. Naming lives on Glossary. Path contrast lives on Compare.

What we do

We implement on-site work against the Diagnosis priority list (or an equivalent locked written scope). Typical work falls into three buckets—only items named in scope ship:

  • Structure / readability — schema, FAQ-style clarity, entity wording, and answer-ready page shape so machines and people can parse what you claim
  • Cross-platform consistency — key facts and phrases aligned across surfaces you control (site, profiles, owned listings)—same story, not “every AI says the same thing”
  • Bounded content — pages or pieces landed only within the article count written for this Engagement (negotiated number in scope—not an unlimited retainer, and not a token tiny volume)

Work follows Diagnosis order unless you and we rewrite priorities in writing first.

What you provide

Email [email protected] with a short brief (not a self-serve build form):

  • A Diagnosis priority list (or written scope already locked after consult)
  • Site access sufficient to ship agreed pages and items (CMS, staging, or approved handoff path)
  • The page / item list and the article count you want written into scope for this Engagement

We confirm written scope before implementation starts. Delivery timing is agreed after the consult—not marketed as a fixed 48-hour or 90-day product SLA.

What you get

On-site improvement ships extractable outcomes inside the agreed range:

  • Agreed pages and items live — structure and wording changes from the locked list are on the site (or staged for your publish gate)
  • Content within the written article count — each piece mapped to a Diagnosis priority or an agreed item, not open-ended blog volume
  • Consistency pass on named surfaces — facts and phrases you control match the on-site bar for items in scope
  • Handoff notes for “done” — which pages/items met the bar and what remains out of scope

(Improve on peer sites ≈ this On-site landing when they mean “we change your site.” We use On-site improvement as the public name.)

Timing

Window length depends on how many pages/items are in scope, how fast your team can approve access and publish, and whether Diagnosis already ordered the list. We set a delivery window after the consult and write it into scope—we do not sell a one-size public SLA clock.

What this is not

On-site improvement is not:

  • Unlimited writing, unlimited full-site rewrites, or an open-ended content retainer
  • Monitoring SaaS or an always-on dashboard
  • A free Checker, score wall, or self-serve scan product
  • A separately sold “Improve tier,” or Sprint / Monitor / Defend as public sellable products
  • Exposure of our internal tool stack
  • A promise of rank position, SOV #1, appearing in every AI answer, or permanent occupancy

Acceptance

When this layer is done, you can point to:

  • Agreed pages and items that meet the published bar
  • Article count that matches what was written for this Engagement
  • Nothing outside written scope auto-started

Engagement-level success still uses the same locked prompt panel: baseline mention rate and citation rate recorded, then retest after the observation window when agreed work has shipped. Retest is before/after accountability—not a guarantee that rates will rise.

After this layer

Later Bounded off-site proceeds only under written scope expansion inside the same AEO/GEO Engagement—it does not auto-become unlimited PR or an always-on agency retainer. You may also pause after On-site and retest on the locked panel once the observation window opens.
